Precedence in the Trademark Registry

In this blog you will learn about the most efficient mechanisms that exist to register your trademark even if the IMPI has mentioned you before. Recall that a precedent refers to that situation in which the IMPI denies your trademark registration due to the existence of another trademark that is identical or similar in degree of confusion to yours, and that distinguishes the same or similar products or services.
